1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the emnoronha.com.br website ("Site"), operated by Em Noronha, a travel agency operating in Fernando de Noronha - PE, Brazil. By accessing or using the Site, the visitor agrees to the conditions described here.
2. Nature of services
The Site is informational and promotional in nature. Tour and service bookings are made directly via WhatsApp, with human confirmation by the Em Noronha team — the Site does not process payments, automatic bookings or binding electronic contracts.
3. Prices and availability
Prices shown on the Site are referential and may be changed without prior notice, according to seasonality, boat availability, weather conditions and rules of the agencies responsible for the Fernando de Noronha National Marine Park. The final price of each tour is always confirmed directly with the client before booking.
4. Government fees
The Environmental Preservation Fee (TPA) and the National Marine Park ticket are third-party charges (City of Fernando de Noronha and ICMBio, respectively) and are not managed by Em Noronha. The amounts shown on the Site are referential; the current official amount must always be confirmed on the official channels before payment.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
The cancellation, refund and rescheduling conditions for each tour are informed directly by the Em Noronha team at the time of booking via WhatsApp, and may vary according to the type of tour, advance notice of cancellation and weather conditions.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — texts, photos, videos and visual identity — belongs to Em Noronha or is used with authorization, and reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Em Noronha is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, decisions by the environmental agencies responsible for the park, failures by third parties (airlines, partner vessels) or force majeure.
